Collection: Corner pliers

What is a corner nipper used for?

The corner nipper is a precision tool for cutting overgrown or ingrown fingernails and toenails. Its very sharp cutting edge allows for precise placement and cuts exactly where a normal nail nipper cannot reach.

Corner nippers are specialized tools in manicure and pedicure and are particularly suitable for professional use. Different sizes and cutting edge shapes cover various applications. The double spring provides higher leverage than a single spring – helpful for thicker skin remnants. The scissor-style handle with finger loops is suitable for both right- and left-handed users.

Corner nippers differ from nail nippers in that they are specifically designed for ingrown nails to reach into the corners.

For finishing, a nail file or a cuticle pusher is recommended to smooth the cut surface.

Material

All Excellent corner nippers are made of high-quality, rust-proof surgical stainless steel, are forged and 100% sterilizable, anti-allergenic, as well as nickel-free and rust-free.

Application

The corner nipper is opened by folding or snapping the spring into place. Then, with light pressure, you can precisely cut along the nail fold – slowly and evenly. After use, the tension should be released from the spring and it should be folded in.

Warranty and Service

We provide a 1-year manufacturer's warranty and a free re-sharpening service within the warranty period for all nippers.
