Right of Withdrawal

Scope: This right of withdrawal applies to private buyers (consumers) resident in Germany.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,

• have taken possession of the goods, or
• in the case of a single order for several goods that are delivered separately, have taken possession of the last good, or
• in the case of the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us (e.g. DHL) will not be reimbursed.

The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
These amount to a flat rate of €4.50 and will be deducted from the refund.

If you have chosen a different shipping method than the standard shipping offered by us (e.g. shipping via DHL), neither the incurred outbound shipping costs nor the return shipping costs will be reimbursed and will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.

Loss of Value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functionality.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene Articles)

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB).

This includes, in particular, medical instruments and hygiene articles (e.g. brands such as RUCK, DOVO, etc.), razors, and manicure sets/cases (e.g. DOVO, Niegeloh, Dreiturm), provided they were delivered sealed and the seal was removed after delivery.
