Application:

1. Attach the strap to a hook or similar and tighten it securely .
2. Place the knife flat with the back and edge resting on the surface .
3. Pull back away from the body towards the back; at the end turn over over the back, never over the edge.
4. Several gentle strokes per side (e.g. 15–30) before each shave.

Note: Store leather in a dry, flat place; protect from moisture. If necessary, lightly treat with leather conditioner.
