Application

1. Feel the fillet with your fingertip to locate the bone.
2. Grasp the bone with the flat tips close to the skin.
3. Pull out evenly in the direction of growth – this way the fillet remains intact.

Care

Clean with warm water and mild dish soap after use, dry thoroughly, and store in a dry place. Dishwasher safe if needed, however, we recommend hand washing to maintain the sharpness of the edges.
